Snow and Ice Sculpture Festival
Even though we are coming to Hyperborea Festival almost every year, this year was very special for us. It was one of the hardest competitions ever for all the teams because we were fighting with the weather, it was from 0 to +9 degrees every day. Sun and rain were melting the ice and making it matte. The aim of this festival was not only to make a composition but also save it for the public watch. Our sculpture survived only 4h in such conditions but it was enough to win the 1st Price.
The composition we made tells the story about limits, about factors which are slowing us in action. It shows what happens when we are going OUT of the box - BEYOND all the limits. Let it fly!
